Dynasty Video Productions, Sacramento, has just completed a new television commercial for Nissan, Mazda and Infiniti of Elk Grove. The commerical runs over Thanksgiving weekend and features the biggest sale of the year for the dealership. There is special financing available through the Golden 1 Credit union. Dynasty Video Productions, Sacramento Video Production Company. One of our favorite national production companies we work for is Nash Entertainment.  We shoot for many of their shows including Most Daring, Most Shocking, Most Shocking 10 Ten, and Moment of Impact. Here is a link to one of the stories we shot with Raequel Hoffman, professional wake boarder.  This was a challenging shoot. Anytime you shoot in the elements it can be tricky.  The main problem was the wind.  We put up a sound blanket, but we were overlooking a canyon and the wind came from every direction. 

Shooting the b-roll was the best part. We went out on the lake in a speed boat. It was amazing to watch Raequel and her sister Shawna  preform amazing wakeboard flips and jumps.

Earlier this year, Dynasty Video Productions filmed a video for Bob Beddingfield for Water Energy- Green Laundry System. This video was filmed at the Gaia Shasta Hotel in Anderson, California. Mr Beddingfield was a joy to work with. His was very enthusiastic about helping the environment with his green laundry system. The Gaia Hotel is a great location to film, and the everyone at the Gaia hotel were also very cooperative in the filming.

International HD Camera Crew - No problem!

Last week Dynasty Video Productions was contacted by TSN Canada for a shoot at the California State Capitol.

The shoot was to interview one of the stars of the CFL Canadian Football League, Tom Canada. The premise of the interview was the results of the poll - Which CFL player has the best football name. Well of course Tom Canada, being that his last name is CANADA was the winner. 

I do believe that this was our shortest interview ever. If you have ever tried to park around the State Capitol you know sometimes it can be challenging, however on that day we found a perfect spot to park. We set up the HD VariCam camera and a reflector with a great shot of the Capitol in the background. Tom Canada arrived, and we asked him the interview questions all within 20 minutes!

As a side note, Jamie our audio tech could not understand how Tom Canada won over  the #2 best name Prince McJunkins III. Jamie is considering a name change.

Dynasty Video Productions, Sacramento,  just completed a new online commercial for Infiniti of Elk Grove featuring the all new 2009 Infiniti G37 Convertible.  This is a very simple yet effective commerical.  It show how a little imagination, high quality still photos, upbeat music and creative video editing can be transformed into great marketing tool. You can view the commercial on their website by clicking this link http://www.infinitiofelkgrove.com/index.htm.  Even though this commercial is simple it gives Infiniti of Elk Grove an advantage over other dealers in the area.  With more people shopping for cars online, Infiniti can promote a special lease option to a very targeted audience. I want a new car!

I love the PBR

A few years ago I had the opportunity to interview one of the riders of the Professional Bull Riders Association, PBR . I was not familiar with the sport, so I didn't really know what to expect.
I interviewed Chris Shivers, who I found out was a 2 time world champion and long time star of the PBR. I also interviewed Dr. Tandy Freeman, sports medicine doctor for the PBR, who is a star in his own right.
After the interview I was curious as to what this Bull Riding,  PBR was all about. I started to watch PBR events on television and quickly was hooked.
So now as a fan, I was excited to get to interview another rider of the PBR,  Brendon Clark.
The crew set out for the remote interior of the hot, dry central valley of California. When we arrived Brendon took his ATV and went to gather his bulls for the B-roll shots.
I am sure it was 100 degrees when we did the interview.  Brendon was great to work with, very articulate, a quick thinker and problem solver.  We did have to overcome some power obstacles.  But we got the footage, the interview was great.  I got an autograph and some great photos. I love the PBR.
